Education

Education is a great cause in a country like India. Either formal or informal but education is of utmost necessity for every individual of a nation. It is a birthright and a  fundamental right of a person. It is a heinous crime to deny education to anyone. Education is one of the important pillars of every domain of life. The educated population advances society and nation beyond the horizons of narrow-mindedness and orthodoxy. By education, one can develop critical thinking, point of view, and a better understanding of its surroundings. In India, the condition of education is not good as compared to European countries or the USA.

But 'Walk With Humanity' has taken the initiative to root out this problem. The pious work has been started and this cause of education is taken care of by 'Walk With Humanity' in rural and suburban areas of different parts of India.

India's educational status.

India is the world's third-largest education system after the USA and China. India has almost 800 universities and 39,000 colleges.

The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, also known as the Right to Education Act (RTE), is an Act of the Indian Parliament enacted on August 4, 2009, that outlines the modalities of the importance of free and compulsory education for children aged 6 to 14 years in India, as defined by Article 21A of the Indian Constitution. [1]

But India's literacy rate is still low. There are 64.8 % educated people in India overall. If we talk about males and females respectively then the male literacy rate is 75.3 % and the female literacy rate is 53.7% only. There is 21.6 % between sexes at the national level in India. This is a big gap. The literacy rate in urban areas is approx 90% and the literacy rate in rural areas is approx 74% which is an even bigger gap.

These random variable figures are for better understanding but again understanding is not important. 'Walk With Humanity' is working with high potential to mitigate this gap. Between urban and rural. To spread the light of education and literacy in rural areas provide every type of help related to education and literacy 'Walk With Humanity'  is ready 24×7.

To provide weekly classes to disadvantaged and misled youth.

Helping rural schools with proper infrastructure, sanitary problems, good equipment, etc.

Helping teachers with the subject matter and other student-related problems.

Creative activities, physical education, yoga, and sports are an important part of education.

Providing stationery items, books, and other useful and needful things.

Understanding problems of rural students which prevent them from attending school regularly.

Many awareness campaigns and welfare campaigns are part of our strategies to develop the rural education system by not offending the rural tradition and cultural practices.

Education empowers the nation India is a nation of villages. 'Walk With Humanity' understands this fact and the development of villages in India is very crucial. This is a noble cause to help to impart education and promote literacy.
